With heavy hearts we share the news of the passing of Wayne J. Barnes on November 24th, 2023 at the age of 87.  He slipped away peacefully in the presence of his children, their spouses and many of his grandchildren. He is loved greatly and will be missed by all of his family, but we know he has been reunited with his sweet wife and other loved ones who have gone on before. Wayne was born in Ogden, Utah, to Frank and Cecile Barnes, where he grew up and graduated from Ben Lomond High School.  He went on to Weber State College and then graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later went back and earned a Master of Engineering Administration from the Uof U. After receiving his bachelor's degree he hired on at Sperry Rand Corporation and remained there for close to 40 years, through all the name changes, until he retired from L3 Communications.  Irene Ranstrom was the love of his life. Liam Hemsworth 's love for Gabriella Brooks continues to catch fire. The couple were all loved up in as they joined Liam's brothers Chris Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth  on a family vacation in Abu Dhabi. As seen in photos shared on the Hunger Games star's Instagram Stories Nov. 29, Liam and the model had a blast taking in the sights and hitting the beach at the United Arab Emirates capital. One image showed the two sharing a laugh in front of a lush green backdrop, while Gabriella was pictured cuddling up behind Liam as the two took a swim in another snapshot. The British singer-songwriter bagged a quarter of the vote (24 per cent), beating Lewis Capaldi into a close second on 20 per cent, while 19 per cent wanted Adele to return. EXCLUSIVE: The Bold and the Beautiful is bringing back Ridge "RJ" Forrester Jr. Joshua Hoffman ( Shameless ) will take over as the son of Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) on the CBS daytime sudser. RJ was last seen in 2018 as he went away to boarding school in Europe. He's now returning to Los Angeles as a young man with a burgeoning career, but becomes entangled in the drama of his famous fashion family. Hoffman, whose credits include stints on Code Black, Criminal Minds and Girl Meets World , begins taping on March 14. His first air date is April 21. Hoffman is the fifth actor to play the role of RJ. RJ was previously played by actors Anthony Turpel, Mace Coronel, Jack Horan and Ridge Perkett.

Christopher Atkins is getting candid about the envy he felt toward Brooke Shields and her success after starring opposite her in the 1980 film, The Blue Lagoon .  "Absolutely. I was jealous," he said on Tuesday's episode of the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast. "I kept wishing, I guess, or [was] jealous that I wasn't in an 'A' movie again. Do you know what I mean?" Based on the 1908 novel of the same name, Blue Lagoon followed the lives of Richard (Atkins) and Emmeline (Shields), two cousins who are shipwrecked on an island as children and later become lovers.
