Ashley Martson is back with an update on her health status. Unfortunately, however, the 90 Day Fiance star does not have great news to share. “Happy Friday, Everyone! I will no longer be doing any new promos, endorsements, cameos, or any PR as of Feb 8,” she wrote late last week, explaining why as follows: “If I have already signed with you it will be done. If I have not, I will not be available until mid March for anything. "I will be undergoing surgery and will be down at least a month." This message comes two weeks after Martson was found unresponsive inside her home. She was thankfully discovered before it was too late and rushed to a local hospital, where doctors determined that kidney failure - as a result of her Lupus diagnosis - was to blame for the scary incident. Sad news out of the food world today, as beloved Top Chef star Fatima Ali has passed away at the age of 29. Ali had been battling Ewing Sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, since 2017. News of Chef Fatima's passing was confirmed today by the Bravo network. “We are deeply saddened to share the news that Fatima Ali has lost her courageous battle with cancer,” said a representative. “Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this time. "People not only fell in love with her cooking, but fell in love with her personality and heart. We hope that the beautiful memories shared with her will provide comfort to everyone who knew and loved her.” Ali underwent surgery to remove a tumor last year, and she told People magazine that she was "technically cancer-free” while attending the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen last July. We're not even a month into 2019 and R. Kelly has been dropped by Sony . It was long overdue, but very welcome. There's more good news: the chilling Surviving R. Kelly docuseries attracted more than just nationwide attention. The FBI itself is looking into Kelly. TMZ reports that the FBI has been in contact with Timothy, the father of Jocelyn Savage. An FBI special agent has spoken to Timothy at least 5 times over the course of the past year and a half. The most recent contact, TMZ reports, was just weeks before Surviving R. Kelly began airing on Lifetime on January 3. According to TMZ : "Timothy provided the FBI with all the known whereabouts of Kelly and Joycelyn from state to state." "Starting with where their relationship began," TMZ reports. "Along with text messages or emails." That state-to-state business is relevant. USA Network made an announcement on Wednesday that may have implications across the Atlantic Ocean: Suits has been renewed for a ninth - and FINAL - season. This concluding run will consist of 10 episodes, meaning the long-running legal drama will come to an end some time in 2020. “Suits has played an instrumental role in our network’s DNA for nearly a decade,” said Chris McCumber, president, USA Network and SYFY, adding: “I and everyone at USA Network sincerely thank [creator] Aaron Korsh, our partners at UCP and the entire Suits family for their tremendous creativity, devotion and support over a truly amazing run.” Suits, of course, was a surprising hit for USA long before Meghan Markle starting dating Prince Harry. It's hard to believe, but Wednesday's episode of Celebrity Big Brother (yes, we are still calling it that!) had more drama than the entirety of the show's first season.  With alliances crumbling, old feuds coming to light, and brand new twists, there was a lot of action.  When the episode got underway, Jonathan, Tom, and Anthony were on the block, and Jonathan was starting to worry about his prospects in the game.  Not helping matters was that Lolo, Natalie, and Tamar were already gunning for Jonathan because they realized he was the one who moved the target away from Dina.  The trio started to strategize and realized that it was already time to turn their back on the alliance that was created just one episode before.  This is party Ryan's fault for allowing himself to be swayed by Jonathan.
