Josh Bowman and Freddie Stroma have been cast in lead roles in the ABC time-travel pilot Time After Time . Time After Time , from Kevin Williamson ( Scream , The Vampire Diaries , The Following ) is based on the Karl Alexander novel of the same name. Williamson will write and executive produce the series through his production company Outerbanks Entertainment and WBTV. Marcos Siega will helm the pilot. The drama will use the film and novel as a starting point to chronicle the adventures of a young H.G. Wells as he travels through time.
