Samantha Markle is on Scotland Yard's "Fixated Persons" List - The Hollywood Gossip

Samantha Markle is a person of interest in Great Britain.

To be clear, we're not saying Samantha Markle is an interesting person.

Allow us to use some captial letters in that opening sentence in order to drive this point home:

Samantha Markle is a Person of Interest in Great Britain.

There. That's better and more accurate.

According to The Times U.K., the British police royalty and specialty protection unit has placed Meghan Markle's terrible half-sister on what is known as a "fixated persons list" due to her "reputational risk" on the Royal Family.

The aforementioned publication writes that Meghan's personal officers spoke with Scotland Yard's Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) about Samantha, along with the consequences of what would happen if she tried to reach out to the Duchess of Sussex in person again.

Because Samantha has done more than just Tweet mean things at the relative she scarcely knows.

She actually went to Kensington Palace in October and attempted to physically see the Duchess.

Said a Scotland Yard source to The Times:

“Someone like Samantha presents a risk rather than a threat. She is not committing criminal offences, but she is causing concerns for the royal family.”

This has been the case for nearly a year now.

Samantha has continually given Meghan grief for allegedly abandoning her family, specifically their shared father, Thomas, ever since she started dating Prince Harry.

(Meghan is now married to Prince Harry, of course, and expecting their baby in early spring of 2019.)

Last week, Samantha warned her partial sibling that Thomas may die soon and it would be in Meghan's best interests to salvage their relationship before this happens.

The week prior, she trashed Meghan's Christmas card for being too "dark" and for failing to capture the spirit of the holiday.

On their own, each of these insults seems juvenille, pathetic and harmless.

Taken together over the course of many months, however?

"There is big potential for some major embarrassment for the Royals," this same Scotland Yard insider says, adding:

"Samantha could make a scene and create headlines with her actions - and let's face it she's kind of already done that."

Meghan and her dad haven’t spoken since the day after she got married to Harry.

The former TV lighting director is 74 years old didn’t attend the nuptials after suffering a heart attack in the wake of a paparazzi photo scandal.

He has since angrily spoken out himself about their estrangement in multiple interviews. labeling the Royal Family as “cult-like... like Scientologists or the Stepford family."

Tweeted Samantha, meanwhile, on Christmas Day:

"I've never seen anyone so rude and hurtful and heartless and absent a soul in my life.

"#MeghanMarkle shame on you for what you have done to our father."

As human beings, we feel awful for Meghan, considering all she must go through as a relative of these attention-starved, cruel people.
