The Werewolves have entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it's a dark place to be. Werewolf By Night is the first horror film from Marvel Studios.
The first of a number of Marvel Studios Special Presentations in the MCU, the special thing is that it resembles 40's Hollywood style in a black-and-white, gothic horror production. The initial reviews of the special have been released, and they are all very complimentary. Many critics have applauded the film, tagging it as a 'Game Changer.'

Here's What The Critics And Audience Had To Say About Werewolf by Night
Collider writer Perri Nemirrof commended that it is a tribute to vintage Hollywood horror movies.
#WerewolfByNight is the MCU Halloween treat I was hoping for! A delightful ode to the classic monster movies with MCU-level stuntwork, production design & effects. LOVED the dynamic between Gael García Bernal & Laura Donnelly's characters and ... pic.twitter.com/6KFGTcxZE9

Michael Giacchino's #WerewolfByNight captures the aesthetic of old 40s Hollywood horror but with a Marvel flair. It's has the right amount of suspense to draw you in and get you terrified. Gael García Bernal is fantastic and Lauren Donnelly is bad ass!@MarvelStudios @m_giacchino pic.twitter.com/3Xxb6VwElP

I do not like scary/creepy/horror stuff but #Werewolfbynight could quite possibly be one of the greatest things marvel has ever done. This is shockingly a new Marvel Studios favorite for me.

#WerewolfByNight REVIEW: HORRIFYING. SEXY. Marvel changes the game, delivering a TWISTED but fun affair that surpasses icons like Evil Dead & Halloween. WOW… This isn't just another special, it's the BEST horror ever made! GREAT music too. A fitting end setting up what's next pic.twitter.com/LOtRgMt1bW

Hats off to @m_giacchino for taking directorial risks that pay off in #WerewolfByNight, delivering awesome characters and monsters in a violent black & white saga.
Elsa kicks ass. Jack is a great, unpredictable addition. Hope to see more.
I immediately wanted to watch again. pic.twitter.com/whtr7VdzMV

loved #werewolfbynight. @m_giacchino knocked it out of the park with his @MarvelStudios directorial debut and hope he's directing again soon. Surprised by how much he got away with and am so happy it's unlike anything else Marvel has done. On @DisneyPlus Oct 7

I've just attended a theatrical screening of Marvel Studios' #WerewolfByNight. Unexpected to see the MCU at Fantastic Fest but man. That was such a fun time at the movies. Most violent thing Marvel has done yet. @m_giacchino has made a hell of a directorial debut! pic.twitter.com/5K2FQ2Kc4d

Got the opportunity to catch #WerewolfByNight a bit early and this honestly may be my favorite Phase Four MCU project yet. It's brutal, it's chilling, it's effectively tongue-in-cheek, it's Marvel's first real dive into horror and is done so well. pic.twitter.com/iMkGM1n0Dw

#WerewolfByNight is my favorite phase 4 project since Shang-Chi.
Horror fans rejoice, it is horror through and through and a bloody good time.
