Ernie Hudson, who played McDonald in Miss Congeniality, was also one of the lead actors in the original 1984 Ghostbusters film. Since he shared the screen with Bullock, Bratt, and Shatner, the Michigan native has gone on to appear in countless television series, including Psych, Private Practice, Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, How I Met Your Mother, and Scandal, and had a recurring role in Quantum Leap. Besides TV work, he acted in the Woody Harrelson-led film, Champions and will once again appear as Winston Zeddemore in the 2023 Ghostbusters sequel set to premiere later this year.
