Twitter Is Losing It Over Speculation That Harry Styles Shaved His Head in Response to Taylor Swift Lyrics - AOL

Seventeen

Good morning, hello there, prepare to have an absolute meltdown because Twitter appears to think that Harry Styles shaved his head...in response to Taylor Swift's newly-released lyrics from 1989. Before we get into what is quite honestly a sort of confusing journey, the song in question is "Now That We Don't Talk," a vault track from 1989 (Taylor's Version), which is believed to be about Harry.

Ahem:

"You grew your hair long / You got new icons /And from the outside / It looks like you're tryin' lives on / I miss the old ways / You didn't have to change / But I guess I don't have a say / Now that we don't talk."

So basically, what we have here is Taylor making it clear she is not here for Harry's long hair. And now Twitter is convinced that the former One Direction star has shaved his head—seemingly due to a blurry photo of someone who might be (and definitely looks a lot like) him circulating.

Quick history lesson before we go: Harry and Taylor dated for three short months between November 2012 and January 2013, but it was VERY INTENSE. By which I mean Harry left Taylor alone sitting on a boat—a moment directly referenced in the lyrics from 1989 vault track "Is It Over Now?" when Taylor sings "Blue dress on a boat / Your new girl is my clone."

Anyway, we digress! Back to what's important: saying a beautiful goodbye to Harry Styles' luscious hair (if that photo is, in fact, real).
